If we believe you could be our next rising star, we'll contact you for an interview. This is when things get exciting – we're eager to meet you and determine if we're the perfect Huracán match!

First interview

Get ready to meet our HR representative and a business manager! This is your chance to ask all sorts of questions about the job, the team, and our company culture. We want to get to know the real you - the person behind the resume.

Remember, personality and personal impact are key at this stage. Be yourself and show your enthusiasm, positivity, and honesty. We're looking for someone we'd love to work with!

Evaluating the interview

The day after your first interview, we'll give you a call with the results. We'll discuss whether we see a good fit, but more importantly, we want to know if you see yourself fitting in with us!

If we both agree it's a match, we'll schedule your second interview. Meanwhile, we'll let the team know you're coming in for round two.

Second interview

Before your second interview, you'll likely meet some of our team members who are in the office that day. We love doing this because it gives you a better feel for our work environment.

During the interview, you'll meet with HR again, plus one of your potential future teammates. They'll give you an in-depth look at what your day-to-day work life would be like. Remember, the final decision is yours!

After both interviews, we're confident that you and the Huracán team will know if there's a great match. If so, we'll keep the communication flowing to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
